Where can I apply for a certificate of conduct when I’m not registered in the Municipal Personal Record Database (BRP)?

You can send your application to: vog.np.rni@minvenj.nl (10MB max.). You can only attach one application per e-mail.

Please note that Justis will only accept applications and all the other documents in PDF-files that meet up to the following conditions:

  • A completed application form (all 6 pages in PDF);
  • If it’s not possible to obtain a signature on behalf of the organisation /body at section 2 (e.g. if you need a VOG for a workpermit/visa), you have to fill out the sections 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 or 2.4. yourself . In this case replace section 2.6 with a document. This document can be a letter, e-mail of webpage (e.g. form an embassy) which states the VOG is necessary for the purpose of your application.

  • A copy of your valid passport or ID;
  • A proof of payment of the fee, which is €41,35
  • An authorization letter with a copy of the passport of the authorized person.

When you are doing the payment from abroad, you must keep in mind that all additional (transfer) cost charged by your bank, will be for your account. Your application will only be processed when Justis has received the full amount of €41,35.
